I got my JTAs to think about how we could encourage the other members of the school to walk to school with the incentive of earning a badge. The JTAs discussed how many times they felt the child should walk to get a badge and how they should explain the benefits of walking. The designed and drew posters that they could give out to classes to incentivise them and keep track of which children could keep badges.
