We emailed our coach company to see what their policy is on parking safely and ensuring engines are off when stationary. They infomed us that they we will be updating our driver hand book soon and will add this to it. Drivers are told not to leave the vehicle idling and this is monitored by the company. The drivers are told off if they keep doing it. They say they always park considerably to avoid getting parking tickets and are informed about any specific locations they should not park at.
