To celebrate Earth Day, I gave an assembly on what Earth Day is and how air pollution affects our environment. I then introduced our poster competition about how we can imporve air quality by encouraging cars not to idle. The children took part in the poster, our travel ambassadors then chose the winners and we places the winning posters around the school where adults can see them during pick up and drop off.
