Traffic light activity outside: Teach pupils the meanings behind the 3 traffic light colours: stop, go, slow down

Teachers will be on one side of the playground, and will hold up one of the 3 traffic light colours, and pupils will respond accordingly.

i.e. Teacher holds up green and the kids will move forward towards them. Orange means that they slow down (maybe students can exaggerate this behaviour so it's more fun -- walking in slow-mo), when they see red, they stop
