Ordnance Hill/ Acacia Road junction – a signalised crossing but with no formal pedestrian facilities. The Council may wish to explore the merits of upgrading the facilities to a pelican or toucan crossing. Unlike the above, traffic flow is already stop- start due to the signalised nature of the junction and therefore the potential impacts on traffic flow (and therefore emissions) are considered to be lower if the crossing facilities were upgrade
