We participated in walk to school week this term. Children were encouraged to travel to school in an active way including by bike, scooter, walking and park and striding. We also took part in 'happy shoesday' and children were encouraged to walk to school wearing their favourite shoes. Teachers recorded how many children in their class came to school in an active way using the Walk to school week resources and medals were given to the class that had the most active travel during the week.
