Get Moving schools’ active travel challenge as part of Walk to School week this May sent resources for us to use as we took part in 'Ealing's Active Travel Challenge'. We first had to do a promotional assembly to raise awareness of walking and other active ways to travel and to let the pupils know it was walk to school week.  We showed the Terri the Tiger bookmark and the sticker they would get at the end when they taken part in the challenge. All pupils who took part in the challenge were given a stamp in their bookmarks. At the end of two weeks if they had10 stamps they received a sticker other activities were done in class with the pupils. Although we already have many pupils walking to school there was a few more pupils than normal who walked to school during these two weeks.
