As a result of the balance bikes course run in the school we have been donated 6 balance bikes and one pedal cycle. Having benefited from instruction the Reception and Year 1 staff have now added cycling sessions into the class timetables , so all the children will continue to benefit and improve their skills.

From September the new Reception intake will automatically have balance bike sessions, and we hope to be able to take them to another celoebration day as the last one was so enthusiastically received. We are also looking at including cycling in their sports day from next year.
