As part of our 'March in March' intiiative a Science competition was used to promote sustainable travel methods using wind / stored energy.  The STC located science experiments for EYFS KS1 and KS2 children to carry out at home which teachers shared on Google classroom.  The children brought their experiments to school on Monday 14th March, which was the School's Science week.  The school's Science lead judged the 3 winning entries which all were from Year 2 as they had submitted  32 entries.  Parents and children confirmed that it had been a good experience and STC will work with Science Lead next year to find another fun way to explore Science whilst linking it to sustainability and travel.
