One of our school's learning values is sustainability and National Clean Air day on 16th June 2022 was seen as a good cause to promote. We decided a fun way to promote the message was for everyone to wear green for the day.   A newsletter was sent to parents before the event.  The whole school assembly on Monday 13th June was about air pollution and its effects.  Children were reminded to wear green for the day.  A reminder was emailed to parents the day before.  The day was a success all adults(even our site manager) and children found their best green outfit.  It will become an annual fixture on our school calendar.
