The Travel Team had been wondering how to raise their profile in the school and how to ensure that any messages regarding travel were effectively given to all the students. Then the Ealing crew suggested making a Travel Board where students could find out about any upcoming events. The Travel team looked around the school and decided the best place for a travel board would be the Dining Hall as all students went into the hall every day. They asked Mr Gil for a board that he was currently using for PE and explained how important there Travel Board would be for promoting sustainable and healthy travel. After successful negotiations he gave them the board and the travel Team decorated it, put up introductions of themselves and have been looking after it ever since. It causes quite a stir when competition winners are displayed and the Travel Team have reported lots of comments about it.
