After attending the YTA workshop/day at Ealing town hall.  Tom from TFL led a practical session to put the workshop learnings into action and plan their aseembly to educate their fellow pupils on what they had learnt. 

The YTA members made posters, brainstormed ideas and sourced props around road safety for their planned assembly. They delivered this assembly to fellow students on 7.2.20. They showed images of the group on the streets practising crossing the road safely and then acted out a scenario demonstrating the consequences of not following safety guidelines when crossing the road.  Students got to ask the YTA group questions at the end and were able to educate their peers. When asked the students that attended the assembly voiced how fun it was and could recall what they had learnt.
