Students accessing education online need new ways to engage/ promote healthy living . For WBD staff focused on books that promoted healthy food and travel choices to create discussion around the benefits of healthy living. The discussions were insightful, with a focus on the enjoyment of their journey to school by bus. Outcome- 3 classes were involved amd students were asked to walk for 10 mins a day with a parent and a healthy snack.  They shared their experiences in the follow up live sessions.  Some students were able to identify that they felt happier for having gone for a little walk.
