Following from the consistent coverage by the head teacher on active travel and the benefits especiallly in the present time. When we returned from May half term, a few of the post 16 students decided they would try and ride their bikes to college to help reduce the amount  of time they needed to be in confined space with others.  They were pleasantly surprised with the difference to their journey saying it was fun, they felt more prepared for the day and one commented on how it was actually quicker than waiting for the bus etc.  They have since continued to do this daily and park/lock theirr bikes in the shelter provided on site.
