Our story

HAVERING YOUNG CITIZENS EVENT Around this time of year, Year 6 are starting to think about moving on to their new secondary school. This will mean a huge change, especially in the way they actually get to school each day. Instead of walking with mum or dad they will be using different types of transport for their journey. Every year Havering and Transport for London run an afternoon work-shop to help Year 6 stay safe and learn how to use public transport safely. All of Year 6 enjoyed the work shop, learning about using their Zip oyster card on buses and trains  keeping safe getting on and off public transport safety around water what to do if there is a house fire drug awareness litter keeping safe out and aboutThese are important skills which will keep everyone safe when they are enjoying themselves over the summer holiday and when they start in Year 7. And even better they came back to Clockhouse with a goodies bag.
