The JTA's organised a Year 5 Walk to school week. Children were encouraged to walk to and from school. Parents were also encouraged to walk with their children or park and stride. In addition, participants created a poster about the theme. The child that walked the most days and created the best poster won the competition. Children loved it and more than 20 pupils walked to and from school everyday, some with their parents.
