At Maryland primary our motto is "Where our children’s future matters most" We have initiatives that help children such as fruits for our foundation and key stage 1 children. We have cups in the class so children can drink water and remain hydrated and get familiar with water and consider water as their drink of choice. We have introduced a top table so that children are rewarded for displaying good manners and eating all of their healthy meals. We have Healthy schools status and display it proudly on our school website and promotional material. We also have a nature garden that has won awards. We are proud of our school and take care of the health and wellbeing of our staff and children.
