The JTA have been asking staff and students about the benefits of being healthy and improving their well being. The children and staff particiapted in activities such as dancing, moving and walking to encourage joy, exercise and mental well being. During mental well being week the children were able to select a fun and enjoyable activity. The resources were provided and the children had a wonderful time and staff and children are looking forward to remaining active.
