Our teachers want us to be fit and healthy. We take every opportunity to walk and be fit and healthy. Our teacher has taken as on walks so that we can increase the amount of walking that we are doing. Our teacher asks us to try to walk to school at least once a week and if we have a car to ask our parents if we can get and walk. We went on a school visit to Radha Krishna Temple and it was much easier for all of us because we are now more used to walking. We had a great time and we were given a healthy drink and a snack as a treat.
