We are the JTA. We wanted to find out how children come to school. We told our teachers that this is maths and it will  help us to carry our research and find out about the children in our school. It was fun going from class to class and asking the children questions. It was a bit hard adding up the data and we tried different ways to add it up. In the end we used a sheet that our teachers use for hands up surveys.

The children held discussion group about the issues of travel to school and counting walkers in walk to school week.
