Taught as part of Healthy Activity Week across the school. 'Active Travel and the Benefits' were introduced as part of a healthy living assembly. Resources were then shared with class teachers and we revisited the school survey and reflected on how we get to school and how different ways to travel make us feel. 

In KS2 children researched health benefits of regular exercise and KS1 and EYFS focussed on how exercise makes us feel and why it is important.
