We enjoyed a packed Air Quality Day at BPS, we were joined by Project Officer Jack Alexander who is rolling out the pan London Air Quality Project to schools. Jack led a whole school assembly on Air Quality and how we can improve the air around us. We ran a healthy routes to school lesson in the afternoon. Our EYFS years had an air quality theme of the day and played with the Air Quality games lent to us by the Local Authority. After the school day, parents and community volunteers attended anti-idling training. Groups of volunteers spoke to drivers at 3 level rail crossings between 3pm to 5pm. The day was a great sucess.
