Health benefits of healthy travel

The Vineyard has adopted the Jigsaw PHSE programme. The programme covers aspects of Personal, Social and Health Education, emotional literacy, social skills and spiritual development into an easy to use lesson-a-week programme. There is a theme running through the programme entitled Heathy Me in which the children from Year 1 to Year 6 will look at ways to keep themselves mentally and physically healthy including active travel
