To support the charity Shooting Star Hospice, and improve fitness and being active, a mini marathon was held where pupils and some teachers ran 1.5 miles as part of their PE lesson.  All children that completed the mile received a medal badge. There was no time limit for this event, and it was not a competitive mile race - the objective was to raise money for charity, support each other to complete the course, promote resilience and run for fun!
