This term the Wellbeing Wednesdy theme is linked to 'being active' across the whole school currciulum in line with PSHE lessons. Each week every form class is involved in active movement or activities in the mornings or throughout the day. The discussions of the importance of being active and the health benefits are discussed as well as how to improve our daily lifestyles.
