At the beginning of the Spring Term Walking bears were introduced to Year 1 & 2 to encourage the children to be more active. Each class was given a bear and a walking bears pack containing certificates and a notebook to record their adventures. The teachers have commented on how successful it has been and how much the children have enjoyed getting out and about with their bears. It has even helped to improve behaviour as the children are keen to take their bear’s home.
