Pupils will be encouraged to walk to school instead of using other modes of transport as part of the living streets 5 day walking challenge. An assembly has been held to inform the pupils of the environmental and health benefits of walking to school. Each class has received a pack with badges, stickers and posters to inform and encourage them to take part in this activity. The JTA's have made posters that have been displayed around the school and a banner has been attached to the school gate promoting this event.
