As part of the launch of the school's carbon reduction initiative, local dignitaries gave presentations about the role of schools to reduce carbon emissions and highlighted the role of active travel as changes in behaviour.

The dignitaries included the Lewisham Mayor, Damien Egan and the Lewisham East MP Janet Daby.
