The Richmond Safe Walking trainers visited Clarendon Primary Centre to take small groups of pupils in Rockets, Galaxy and Comets class for practical training in ‘safe walking and crossing roads’.  Some of the training took place on roads around the school carried out by a team of trained instructors from the Safety Education Team, London Borough of Richmond upon Thames.

All participants wore high visibility clothing, and were closely supervised by the trainers and a member of staff in their class, each having a group size of no more than four children at any one time.
