Having recently conducted an investigation into the air quality around the school, our students wanted to present our findings to the rest of the school community. We therefore wrote an article for the school magazine on our findings, which was that the closer we were to the school gates and roads, the higher the particle matter found on various surfaces.

We also used this opportunity to explain our goals and planned activities for the year. For example, last year we achieved 85% of students travelling actively, therefore this year we are aiming to get 90% of students either walking or cycling to school. We also plan to hold an Eco Active month later in the spring.
