One of our current targets is to increase road safety awareness within our school community. One of the issues that we have been facing this year is the number of cars dropping students off in the morning. In order to improve road safety at the school gates in the morning, we have used the money from the STARS Reward to buy some signs, instructing parents not to park or preform U-turns on the same street of the school. So far, we have seen a drop in the number of cars which park outside of the school and many more students are starting to park and stride on their way into school.
