Throughout the year, we have focussed on how we can reduce our carbon footprint as a school community. Therefore clean air day was an excellent opportunity to give students the chance to reflect on the importance of lowering pollution in their local area. All students completed a tutor time session where they were able to think about the contributors to air pollution as well as what they can do to help keep the air clean. Our students came up with some great ideas for keeping their school environment clean such as not using aerosols and encouraging less cars to stop outside of the school gates.
