All our  pupils are given training in road safety and awareness as part of their curriculum and in a format that is compatible with their needs - such as social stores and using any communication formats that are relevant.

This starts as class based teaching that includes explaining how to cross a road safety and how to behave in when in teh surrounding areas.

We include these lessons in our newletters and ask parent to promote the behaviour at home to provide consistancy.

We plan (post covid)  to invite an external body in halfway through the year to add additional layers to the training.

All staff are provided with HI Viz and road safety training ahead of time as part of our Risk assesment.
