During 'Walk to School Week' we had a competition running which encouraged the children to come to school actively. The children each had a travel record card where their parents signed each time they came to school in an active way.

The children then received a voucher for each active journey to or back from school. The children wrote their names on the back of the vouchers and posted them in the boxes at the front of the school. We then picked winning vouchers from the boxes at the end of the walk to shool week, and the winners received a prize.
