the whole school is involved in this yearly Wheel-a-thon.  We make huge progress with our young people over the year with balance bike training etc. So the culmination of this is that  parents, carers, staff and children are accompanied by the police, to the local park.  Here we follow a set circuit, encouraging everyone to take part. They gain a tremendous sense of being part of a team and practicing their physical achievements of riding a bike. Many of these little ones are capable of cycling on 2 wheels by this time.  So their parents are excited and join in their success.  We use this as a fund raising effort to boost our funds for essentials.
