A teacher at Kintore Way led on creating an art exhibition for the Londond College Of Communication. The Southwark based project was on local heroes. As part of the project the teacher linked it to firefighters. The children walked to the fire station. They created maps of the route that they would walk to get there. The children also made large collaborative artworks with transport as part of the theme. They used the wheels of various vehicles in paint to make marks. The families then visited the exhibition with the teacher using public transport to get there.
