We have a child in Year 5 with the following condition

Eye conditions:

Toxoplasmosis – could reactivate. William is not aware of this.
Prosthetic right eye. Monocular.
Left macular scarring – reduced central vision, difficulties viewing fine detail.

Since he is going to be transitioning to secondary school, we are looking at road safety and independent travel for him. We had the habilitationa assessment  on 23.4.24 and they would be working on areas of road safety and independent travel with.
