The JTA scheme has worked really well in our school since we started it with the acquirement of our new building in 2004.? We currently have 4 JTAs.?Two in year 5 and two in year 6.?The children work together to launch competitions, report travel news in assembly, take kiss and drop alongside supervision in the morning and attend borough and TfL events. The children are proud of their responsibilities.?It is a wonderful way to boost confidence and make children feel a valuable part of their school community.
