STP organised consultaion event regarding car free day. Door to door and letter regarding proposed road closure. Invitation to attend a consultation regarding road closure with STP and local Cllr. Once road closure was accepted further door to doors to inform local community of the logistics of the day. Letters to parents and carers to help and get involved in the day offering to be marshalls for the event.

Local cllrs attended our play street and car free day event and psoted on social media promoting our event
