26 students from year groups 5-11 were involved in the week long bikeability course. Their experience ranged from competent riders to some that could not ride a bike.

Pupils were split into groups and practised in the school playground before going onto quiet residential roads. some even managed to ride on busy roads.

Pupils gained lots of confidence taking part on the course, with a couple of pupils learning how to ride a bike for the first time in their lives.

Achievement ranged from a certificate for taking part to some pupils gaining the level 2 bikeability award.
