Train Journey to Walpole Park
Our story
A follow-up from the Osterley Park outing- train journey to Walpole Park. Most of our parents have said that they and their children have not been on a train journey and said that they were not confident enough to go by themselves. So we talked through the whole procedure and what they should do. The main focus of this outing was to enable parents to be confident in assessing the wider range of Ealing Parks using public transport. This then would have an impact on their childrens learning experiences in the world around them.
Parnets realised that a train journey was much quicker than a bus one and it was much easier still considering some of them had difficulty managing the stairs with buggies and their children.
