Following our studies on minibeasts we booked a trip to Hampstead Heath to do pond dipping and log rolling 

 Booked school trip and did the prep / risk assessment trip - spoke with TFL and e mailed re train travel 

Arranged Health and safety talk with parents and helpers and walked to the overground station . Pupils participated in pond dipping/log rolling activity and then we all returned.

We returned safely and All children and adults has great fun and the children learnt more about minibeasts
