Our school decided to take part in National Clean Air day as it is a very important campaign. The STC  worked with our school's Eco team to plan activities for the day:  Everyone had to wear green for the day; we had a bling up your bicycle / scooter competition; all fruit snacks for KS1 were green for the day.  Newsletters informed parents and children, Year 4 performed an assembly on Friday 17th June about environmental issues.  The Eco team choose the winning  bicycle/scooter entries.  They presented prizes to the winners on Monday20th June in assembly.  On the day our School's 'Twitter' account shared a photograph of decorated bikes and scooters.  The Headteacher shared a link with parents to read up more about National Clean Air Day.  Our school will be supporting National Clean AIr Day next year .
