Brentside High School desired to create a more environmentally friendly community through creating a shift from car travel to more active modes of transport. There were issues such as car congestion in the local area and also congestion at bus stops. To solve this issue the school partnered up with TFL and we recruited a group of students who were passionate about having a positive impact on the environment. Our TFL abassadors have planned and taken part in a variety of activites promoted by themselves within the school. All of these activities have had a positive impact on the school community but helping to raise awareness of the environmental impacts and ways in which we can solve these.
