Year 6 travelled by coach to visit Dover Castle. Risk assessments were completed for travel and many pupils experienced coach travel with their peers for the first time in their lives.

Children discussed how we travel responsibly and talked of the necessity of wearing a seat belt at all times. All pupils were extremely well behaved and thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity of sharing the experience with their peers, realising that group travel brings the educational visit to life.
