The school council and the JTAs worked together to create a plan to improve the well being of the children in our school. We met together to come up with suggestions we could put forward to the Senior Leadership Team. We also had discussions with the PE coordinator, the Educational Visits Coordinator and a teacher for KS1 and KS2. All the members were able to express their ideas and the result was an exciting campaign called The Monument Challenge. We had to arrange meetings and I wrote emails to confirm what was decided with the Senior Leadership Team and the teachers We had to explain why we wanted to do the campaign and how we would implement, promote and ensure participation of the campaign.
