Following on from the staff survey we conducted earlier this term, we sent out a very similar survey to parents and carers to ascertain their views on travellling to and from school.

The survey was advertised via Parent Hub and was offered as an online questionnaire through Google Forms. A paper copy was also made available. Parents were given a week to complete the survey. 111 responses were received. 

The issues raised were in line with those from the staff survey. Key issues were road safety around the school and the need to improve active travel routes to the school (cycling and pedestrian). Several suggestions for how to tackle these issues were also made. The results (attached) were shared with our governors at their May 2021 meeting and will be taken forward by the working group now being set up.
