Network Rail Whole School Assembly
Barnes Primary School
London Borough of Richmond upon Thames
Our story
We hosted Network Rail Representative, Marcia Burnett. Marcia gave a talk and presentation to our KS1 and KS2 children about the importance of safety around level crossings and explaining why it is best to always use the railway footbridges. It was a very informative and useful presentation, especially important for our school as we have 4 railway crossings near to our site used by children each day. To reinforce this message we also included it in our Newsletter to Parents and Carers.
