Specific complaints received about parking issues in Cromwell Road when parents are dropping off and picking up children.  Cars parked in front of gates and accesses is causing great concern.  Also parents are parking in the private road into Southmead Gardens, off Cromwell Road.  This is a private driveway and the residents have noticed incidents of parents parking there, even across parking spaces.  This also presents a possible danger to children and families walking, given that to exit cars need to enter Cromwell Road from that area.
