Health and Safety Week

As part of our responsibility to teach children how to stay safe, we will be holding class discussions and carrying out activities relating to four main areas of personal safety including online safety, cycling proficiency and river safety. We will also be introducing the NSPCC’s PANTS rules. 

During our discussions, we will aim to teach the children the following important safety skills without giving explicit information or telling scary stories. We will be teaching our children how to stay safe by learning the PANTS rules, which the NSPCC have developed to be like a Green Cross Code for staying safe from sexual abuse.
